The flat is located on the ground floor in the courtyard of an apartment building. The charming one room apartment has everything that you need to feel like at home. The comfortable bed is king size (160cm) with an extra pleasant XXL duvet, two big and snug pillows, and a storage place under it, where you can fold your clothes neatly and store your suitcase for the time of your stay. The kitchen has been upcycled from an old DDR style cupboard, and is equipped with good quality pots and pans, plate set, cutlery, Bialetti espresso coffee maker and a milk frother. The dining table and comfortable leather chairs are from the same era as the kitchen and they complement the overall style well. The dining table is a beautiful rare vintage found that has a glass layer on top. The classy and timeless bathroom has a hot shower and exquisite self made wooden interior. You will feel very much like home in this cozy apartment. The whole apartment is in your use. You can reach us through the Airbnb app. Formerly part of East Berlin, it is adjacent to Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg and Lichtenberg. Friedrichshain is named after the Volkspark Friedrichshain, a vast green park at the northern border with Prenzlauer Berg. Friedrichshain is one of the trendy districts of Berlin. You can wander around Friedrichshain peacefully on your own and do café and bar hopping while discovering the area. The apartment is easily accessible by either metro (both S and U-bahn) and tram lines M10 and 21. Closest stops are Storkowerstrasse S-bahn (8 min walk), Samariterstrasse U-bahn (6 min walk) and Frankfurter Tor U-bahn (8 min walk). The flat is located in the courtyard of a calm living apartment building, it is not a hotel, so some normal living sounds may be present from time to time but at least you won't be able to hear any traffic noise from the street. We have a self check in with a code that opens the door(s) and it will be sent to you prior to your stay. You can check in when it suits you the best any time after 4 pm. There is a recycling room next to the apartment and we kindly ask you to recycle the trash and take it to the recycling room when the containers are full. There is a free parking on the street.
